Love Isaac CarewColette, not so much. Or really at all. That a quotation from Chéri by the early 20th Century French novelist born Sidonie Gabrielle Claudine leads this editorial called “L’Envol” or “flight” en français is regrettable as it only serves to distract from an otherwise fine story. Appearing in Twist №7 Decembre 2010 the pictorial photographed by Sam Tobad and styled by Lee Holden air guitars on the aerial from styling to movement. The story opens with Isaac, fingers to temple, wearing a wool coat by Lanvin, suit jacket and leather jeans by Acne, striped cotton shirt by All Saints, leather mittens by Lanvin, and leather belt by Rokit. Feigning weakness in the knees from, erm, all that flight Isaac wears for his third look a long wool cardigan by Kolor, cardigan by Edun, cotton T-shirt by Paul Smith, Topman underpants, wool socks by All Saints, and laced leather boots by Russell & Bromley. Merci à Isaac for taking this story off the ground and landing it safely.
