With precious little oxygen remaining before Milano Moda Donna explodes let us now turn attention to i-D Pre-Spring 2011 with the cover story featuring Ford’s Rose Cordero photographed by Josh Olins. Titled “Bold” the story comes to life by way of styling by Cathy Kasterine that does exactly what it says on the tin by presenting the beautiful Dominican in monochrome colors such as the fluorescent yellow bra, skirt, and shorts by Mark Fast below in the second shot. Terry Barber‘s choice of vivid makeup combines dramatically with hair styling by Shon to achieve exactly what editor-in-chief Holly Shackleton describes about i-D‘s the “Livin’ Loud” issue when she argues, “you need to to make a little noise to get the attention you deserve.” And rapt attention Rose Cordero has certainly gotten from this cover story and thirteen runway appearances during New York Fashion Week F/W 11. Watch this page for more updates from Rose Cordero.
