There are more stories in Vogue Japan June 2011 than Crystal Renn‘s Nathaniel Goldberg spread. As a matter of fact Ford’s Julia Saner acquits herself well in an editorial by photographer Ben Weller and stylist Grace Koo. Titled “A Fresh Energy,” the story is an eight-page study in white on white or looks that are strictly verboten after Labor Day. The looks are certainly far removed from the young Swiss model’s recent appearances in Vogue Deutsch by Greg Kadel and Vogue Italia by Steven Meisel, but at the same time also demonstrate Julia’s command of the photographer’s lens. Julia’s modeling nous is not, however limited to print as she featured Monday in the Chanel Resort 2012 presentation in Antibes, France.
